Intergral Eye Movement therapy is an incredibly powerful and fast tool which clears stuck emotional responses from events and incidents in the past.
For example, maybe you were involved in a car accident and every time you think of that moment you feel sick. Maybe someone once made a comment about the way you looked and you still feel deep shame about it. These things stay with us and can have a big impact on life going forward. Using a series of eye movements, IEMT removes the stuck emotion from old events and periods of time, so that all that remains is the memory of the event, which you are able to consider in a rational way.
IEMT is also incredibly useful at clearing identity imprints. For instance, maybe situations in your childhood made you feel that you were never enough and you constantly feel lacking to this day. We can go back through times in your life that reinforced this way of thinking for you and clear the negative emotions from these moments. Then, you are able to create a new way of perceiving yourself based on the present moment, without emotional imprints from the past holding you back.
IEMT can enable big emotional shifts. All that is required is to access the emotional response of the event and then to follow a series of eye movements, for the release to take place. Clients do not even need to talk about the incident or event, if they would prefer not to.
