I love working on habit breaking because I enjoy seeing my clients experience such quick and powerful results.

Bad habits typically form to provide some relief as a way for the mind to find comfort from emotional stress and anxiety.

Some of the most common habits I work with are biting nails, picking skin, pulling hair and blushing. These habits can develop at any stage in life and the beliefs that underlie them can often be traced back as far as childhood. Other habits such as procrastination and chronic negative self-talk are examples of bad habits that do emotional harm and damage self-esteem.

A one hour session is all that is needed for most clients. Some need more depending on how long the habit has been around and how deeply embedded the negative beliefs andemotions behind it are.
